Photography was one of my majors in art school, and I was fascinated by the darkroom experience. And by highlighting a moment, a scene, and especially the light! Light is what makes looking special; it enhances everything with mood, shape, and life.
In my photography, I like to celebrate beauty in people and nature, and I’ve become fascinated with the intricacies of reflections. I tend to use tight composition to blur the objects I photograph. Perhaps viewers will question what they’re looking at and perhaps assign new meaning to the image. And color, shape, repetition, and texture also excite me!
